Frank MacDonagh - Esencia Wealth

After 25 years running his own successful financial advisory firm and helping clients across Australia and overseas, Frank has now joined Esencia Wealth.

Frank is known for giving advice that comes from genuine understanding based on empathy, experience and qualifications. His knowledge of financial planning has grown through decades of working with clients and from holding senior roles in major investment banks and consulting firms in Sydney, London and Tokyo.

Throughout his career, he has worked as Director of Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch, Managing Director at Hambros Securities Australia, and Director of Treasury and Financial Risk Management at KPMG.

Frank is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA).

Away from work, Frank and his family enjoy life on the Northern Beaches. He believes strongly in keeping a healthy balance between work and home, and he loves spending time outdoors. After many years playing competitive rugby and soccer, he now focuses on golf, which he happily admits is an ongoing challenge.
