Celina works within Esencia’s new business processing team, supporting advisers to make sure clients’ information, processing, transfers and accounts are handled smoothly and correctly every step of the way.

She enjoys being part of the team experience that ultimately allows clients to achieve their personal and financial goals, and her approach is built on a strong foundation of customer service — problem solving, conflict resolution, staying calm under pressure, and clear, empathetic communication, all skills sharpened across a range of earlier customer-facing roles. For Celina, the most important part of her job is simple: making sure clients’ needs are met, and exceeded.
