Having built her career across financial services, funds management and professional services in both South Africa and Australia, Aphrodite brings a disciplined, commercially minded approach to leadership. As Chief Financial Officer, she leads Esencia’s finance function while partnering closely with the CEO and Board to support the firm’s growth ambitions. Her focus is on building the financial foundations that will allow Esencia to grow boldly and sustainably into a world-class national advice firm, combining financial discipline with a continuous improvement mindset that helps the business scale with confidence.
