Before joining Esencia, Aphrodite was CFO of the Funds Management division at Challenger Limited, where she led the finance function across a complex multi-entity group, and she has built her career across South Africa and Australia.

At Esencia, she leads the finance function and partners with the CEO and Board to support the firm’s growth ambitions, bringing financial discipline and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure the business scales sustainably and with confidence.
